Arrive any time after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early/late may be arranged through the manager.

The primary renter must be 25 or older. The reservation holder is responsible for all guests during the stay.

Sugar Sands is a strictly non-smoking home, indoors and on all balconies and porches.

A private paver driveway, plus community parking permits for additional vehicles.
